The Jazz In Europe Magazine – Summer 2018 Edition was the inaugural issue of the jazz in Europe print magazine. The magazine features a rich array of content that delves into the contemporary jazz scene, showcasing interviews with prominent artists and emerging talents. Highlights include an interview with pianist Christian Sands, who discusses his latest album “Reach” as well as delving into background. We have a feature on Drummer Terri Lyn Carrington focusing education and the position of women in jazz. Stefan Schorn speaks about this trilogy project with the Zurich Jazz Orchestra and Andrew Read sits down with Bassist Reggie Washington. Nigel J Farmer delivers a great profile on London based Nigerian vocalist Ola Onabule and this edition also includes the first in the Jazz In Europe behind the lens series featuring London based photographer Carl Hyde.
