At the core of this musical venture lies the desire to challenge deep-seated stereotypes that have pigeonholed jazz into the past. Gone are the misconceptions that jazz is outdated. Ladbroke Hall aims to demystify the genre, inviting all to engage with its contemporary vibrancy. From traditional straight-ahead jazz to an array of diverse influences, the series promises to break free from the shackles of convention.

The venues commitment to jazz transcends borders and resonates with its own history of cultural fusion. The venue, once an Anglo-French car showroom and assembly plant, now stands as a beacon of multiculturalism and collaboration. In the spirit of jazz, which has always been about fusion, the series will spotlight international musicians, from Africa to Asia, South America to Europe. It’s a celebration of the rich tapestry of cultures and styles that define both jazz and Ladbroke Hall.
